John Angier Hyde ledgers, 1807-1852.

Ledgers (1807-1834, 1826-1852), each with separate indexes, recording patient name, treatments and notations, possibly for medicines prescribed, dates of visits or services, charges, payments, and occasionally town of residence. Patients are chiefly from Freeport but there are a few entries for patients in neighboring towns as well as some loose receipts for medicines purchased by Hyde.
